Mr Yeoh Meng Yau obtained his professional accounting qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom) (“ACCA”) in 1994 and has over 28 years of experience in auditing, finance and business development.
He started his career at the then, KPMG Peat Marwick in 1995 and left as an Audit Senior in 1998. After spending four years in the Big 4 audit firm, Mr Yeoh spent the decade spanning 1999 to 2009 working in a senior position in several listed and privately-owned companies involved in a wide range of industries ranging from property development, construction, information technology and investment holdings to service and hospitality in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. During that period, he was involved in two successful main board Initial Public Offerings in Singapore as well as listing exercises and trade sales in Germany and U.K. Mr Yeoh was a CFO of an ASX-Listed healthcare group based in Singapore, from 2009 to 2020. He was also the CFO of another healthcare group from 2020 to 2021. From 2021, he was the CFO of a gold mining group with mining assets in Mongolia and Peru.
Mr Yeoh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, a Fellow Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is also a Member of the Singapore Institute Directors.
Mr Lee Kok Shin – Senior Consultant

Mr Lee Kok Shin has more than 30 years of experience in auditing, financial management and controller. He started his career in the then KPMG Peat Marwick in 1990 where he spent 7 years before progressing as Senior Management in a Bursa listed Group and a German Multinational Company. In his 8 years there, he was overseeing the financial management, treasury function and production costing of the Group.
From 2005 to 2017, Mr Lee was the Country Controller for a US-listed logistic group, overseeing the regional operation which was in excess of MYR400 million per year. He is currently a Senior Consultant in 3 publicly listed companies overseeing internal controls and corporate governance.
Mr Lee is highly experienced in strategic planning, financial controllership, budgeting and forecasting and financial analysis, with a mix of skill sets in business management, financial operations and internal controls. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.
